Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Seasonal Designs' Manufacturing operations. By placing a bulk apparel order with us, we assume you accept these terms and conditions.

1. Manufacturing Tolerances

Due to the nature of bulk apparel manufacturing, all dimensional sizing and fabric weights carry an acceptable commercial industry tolerance of ±5%. Dye lots may slightly vary across different production runs depending on the raw material batch processing.

2. Digital Proofing

Users are completely responsible for approving digital mockups prior to mass production. Once a digital proof is signed off on and the deposit is paid, bulk production automatically commences. Any changes requested after this milestone may incur steep halting fees.

3. Payment Terms

A standard 50% non-refundable deposit is strictly required to initiate procurement of raw fabrics and begin the cutting process. The remaining 50% balance must be definitively cleared prior to dispatch from our physical factory floors.
