Because we strictly manufacture custom bulk apparel tailored to your business specifications, returns are processed exclusively under our Manufacturing Flaw Guarantee.

1. Manufacturing Defect Policy

If any units received have a definitive manufacturing defect (e.g., misaligned logo placement exceeding our 1-inch tolerance, completely unraveled threading out of the box, or severe fabric discoloration), you must contact us within 7 days of logistics delivery. We will immediately replace or refund the specific defective units.

2. Shipping Timelines

• Standard Bulk Freight: Typically takes 5-10 business days depending on domestic zones.
• Air Expedited (Marathon Runs): Can be delivered in 2-3 business days. Heavy surcharge applies.
• Local Will-Call: Partners can utilize their own logistics teams to extract products directly from our warehouse bay.

3. Custom Design Returns

Products correctly manufactured to the specifications provided in your approved mockups cannot be returned or exchanged due to "not liking the color" or "ordering the wrong sizes". We strongly recommend ordering a physical sample run prior to your primary bulk order to certify exact measurements.
